It’s not just about trying to go viral on social media or having a website.
It is about what you as a company say on social media and your website.
The content should be about your company’s story and what the company stands for.
How your company executes the work.
How your company communicates with clients and potential clients.
The company’s process for setting appointments, completing jobs, ensuring the jobs are done well, etc.
Sharing the work your company does.
You can have fun and silly content but also create content that shows you are a real business that is be to respected and paid on time.
Create social media posts and pages on your website that show you respect people (your clients and employees).
If you show respect to your clients and employees, there is a good chance that you will have a good reputation.
Good reputation = more people want to do business with you.
How do you show respect to potential clients?
Keep your promises. If you set an appointment for 10 am, arrive at 10 am.
This shows you respect the other person’s time. (Yes, emergencies happen – but make sure you communicate that)
If you say you’re going to do something, do it.
What you and your team do daily determines what kind of business you are.
Hopefully it is one that is constantly improving.
Let the content reflect that.
